In 1986, Nazemi, the founder of Pars National Ballet, migrated to the United States and reestablished the Pars National Ballet in Los Angeles.

Since then, the company has had the privilege of touring Australia, Europe and many U.S. cities such as Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Napa Valley, Nashville, Phoenix, San Diego and San Jose. These cities are in addition to collaborating and touring with the Canadian branch of the company, Vancouver, Pars National Ballet.

Since touring abroad, Nazemi's primary focus for several years was the founding of the ParsArt Center. This center stood in the San Fernando Valley for several years and was an establishment primarily used for expressing Persian culture in several forms including dance, music, theatre and language.
